The National Federation has announced several rule changes.  All rule changes may be found here: http://www.nfhs.org/

The most significant change is the banning of non-textile suits from High School competitions, effective immediately. 

The rules are as follows:

1. Only 1 suit may be worn.
2. The suit must be made of a woven material.
3. Must be 100% water and air permeable.
4. May not have any fasteners or zippers.
5. Suit design:

Males - Suit may not extend below the top of the kneecap (Patella) or above the naval.

Female - Suit may not extend past the kneecap (Patella) or extend past the shoulder or cover the neck.
