MTHSSA Middle School Regional Championship Meet 2026

In order to compete in the Championship Meet schools must be fully registered.  All registration materials-roster, registration form, and payment must be postmarked no later than January 5, 2026.  All outstanding fees must also be paid.

-If registration and payment are not received by January 5, teams cannot participate in the Region meet.

There are Several steps to complete your registration for the meet.
1.  Be fully registered with MTHSSA.  Registration is due January 5th.  Check your status    HERE
2.  Complete the   Information Form.
3.  Send electronic entry file to meet host.  Instructions  in meet invite.
4.  Pay the entry fee and return waiver according to instructions found in the Meet Invite.

Important Info from the meet host:

Hello Middle School Teams,

 

We are excited to host your team here in Nashville for the 2026 MTHSSA Championship Meet. There are a few things to note that are changes this year. Please communicate all necessary info to your team and their families so there are no surprises the day of the meet!

 

Meet Fee Payment

All meet fees are due via electronic payment by Friday, Jan 23. NAC will not be accepting checks or cash at the meet. Reach out to April if this will be an issue for your team. 

 

Online Payment Form

All teams are required to fill out the following online form HERE to let us know how you will be paying. This will also be your acceptance of the meet waiver. The form must be filled out by Jan 19. 

 

Spectator Admission

All spectators will need to purchase a ticket to access the bleacher area of the pool to view

the meet. 

 

Presale tickets (purchased by Jan 21) will be $6 for the full day - including both prelims and finals entry.

Day of tickets will be $7 at the door and includes the full day.

 

All tickets, both presale and at the door, will be sold through GoFan HERE

No cash will be accepted at the door. Kids 4 & under are free.

 

Coach Check In

Coaches will check in to get wristbands for pool deck access upon arrival. Heat sheets will be available for pickup at the shallow pool computer table.
