MTHSSA High School Regional Championship Meet 2026

In order to compete in the Championship Meet schools must be fully registered. All registration materials-roster, registration form, and payment must be received no later than January 5, 2026. All outstanding fees must also be paid.
-If registration and payment are not received by January 5, teams cannot participate in the Region meet.

There are Several steps to complete your registration for the meet.
1. Be fully registered with MTHSSA. Registration is due January 5th. Check your status HERE
2. Complete the Information Form.
3. Send electronic entry file to meet host. Instructions in meet invite
4. Pay the entry fee and return waiver according to instructions found in the Meet Invite.
2026 Proof of time will NOT be accepted at the Championship Meet. Proof of time must be submitted using the frm linked below which will be activated on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

2026 Proof of Time
A swimmer who does not attain the qualifying time for an event during competition in this championship meet will be required to provide proof of entered time. All DISQUALIFICATIONS automatically require proof of time. This includes swimmers who are disqualified (DQ) or did not swim (NS) the event as they did not attain the qualifying time.
The only valid proof of time will be official meet results from the meet where the time was attained. Results must be official meet results, not Team Manager reports. Results from Meet Mobile or Swims Database are acceptable but must include the date and Meet name where the time was achieved. If the meet was recorded and reported on paper then the full results must be shown as well as meet official signatures.
Times must be achieved between September 1, 2025 and the 2026 Championship meet entry deadline.
***Failure to provide entry time verification within 30 days of the meet will result in a $25 fine charged to the team per instance. Payment must be remitted using the payment form linked above.
***Once 30 days have passed (2/20/25), then proofs will no longer be accepted and fines must be paid.
Please note that a team will not be allowed to participate in future MTHSSA Championship Swim Meets until all outstanding fines have been paid. Official meet results are defined as results achieved in high school/middle school competition or meets such as USA Swimming, AAU, or Y meets. “Exhibition” swims should be shown as part of the official meet results. A certified official who was present must sign Time Trial results. Team Manager reports are not valid proofs of time.
